I went on the site to grab a few things I needed, but almost everything I clicked on was out of stock. It’s frustrating because the site looks like it has a ton of options, but then you can’t actually buy much. I kind of wonder if they’re leaving stuff up just to make the selection look bigger, but who knows.

We’ve had our futurola machine for a bit now. It just runs. We clean it regularly, nothing major.

Had one small jam early on. Probably on us. Since then, steady every day. Happy with it.

It does shred okay for the most part, but it seems to jam more often than I expected. Am I missing something with how it’s supposed to be used, or is that just kind of normal for this shredder?

I returned my order thinking, okay, once they get it back, the refund should be automatic. Nope. I had to keep following up, and every reply took forever and didn’t really answer much. In my head, if a return is confirmed, refund should be the easy part, but it felt like they stopped caring once the item was back with them. I’m not ordering again.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing when I entered my payment info. I had to refresh the page twice, and the shipping cost didn’t show up until late in the process. I did finally get the order through, but yeah, it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience 😅

The package arrived in rough shape, maybe like half the box was crushed in. The items inside seemed okay for the most part, but the packing looked kind of thrown together, with barely enough padding to keep things from shifting around.

I order larger quantities for our shop, and I’ll give futurola.com credit, the bulk ordering part is straightforward. I could find what I needed without digging around too much, and adding higher quantities didn’t turn into the usual cart nightmare.
Checkout was also smoother than I expected. The prices and quantities were clear, and I didn’t have to keep going back to fix random issues in the cart, which is usually the part that annoys me most with bulk orders.

That said, the shipping updates could definitely be better. When you’re ordering for a business, not knowing what’s going on fast enough is frustrating. Overall, it saved me time and worked well, but that part keeps it from being a full 5 stars.

I tried this out with my brother, and overall it does save some time. The filling speed is decent, but it doesn’t always pack the cones the same way each time. A few came out a little too loose, so I had to fix them by hand. It’s not bad, but for the price, I was hoping it would be a bit more consistent

Right away, my first impression was that it felt too expensive for what you actually get. I kept hoping it would seem more worth it after using it, but it just didn’t. I wouldn’t buy it again at this price.

The item feels well made and works the way it should. There was one small issue with the packaging, but the product itself was in good shape and feels solid. I would buy it again.

my Futurola order showed up quicker than I expected, so that was a plus. Most of what I got was correct, but one item came in a different size than the one I chose. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still a little frustrating because I had to make it work. Everything was packaged fine and nothing was damaged, so I’d probably order again, but I hope they pay a little closer attention next time.

I’ve bought a few machines like this before, and this one definitely felt cheaper right out of the box. After just a few uses, parts started feeling loose and it seemed like it was already falling apart. i wouldn’t say it’s worth the money...

My order didn’t go totally smooth at first and it took longer than I thought it should, which was a bit annoying. I mean, maybe it wasn’t that big of a deal, but when you’re waiting on something it feels longer. Support did get back to me though and fixed it in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall it turned out fine.

I waited about two weeks for this delivery and it still never showed up. The tracking barely changed the whole time, which was really frustrating. I kept checking it, thinking maybe it was just delayed, but nope. between the waiting and the lack of updates, I’m not ordering from them again

The prices are kind of hit or miss. Some items seemed fair, while others felt a little overpriced, especially once shipping was added. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure and wondered if it was really worth it. Everything turned out okay, but the extra costs made the deal feel less appealing

The site was easy enough to get around, and I could kind of tell right away where everything was supposed to be. My only hang-up was checkout, it just felt a bit clunky and not as smooth as the rest of the experience.

I’ve picked up futurola cones a few times now, and my experience has been kind of mixed. When they’re good, they pack nicely and burn evenly, which is what I’m looking for. But every so often I’ll get some that feel a little loose or uneven around the tip, and they just don’t work as smoothly. To me, they’re not bad cones at all, but I wish each box felt a bit more consistent. For now, I’d say they’re around 3 stars...

Customer service did eventually get back to me and answered my question properly, which I appreciated. That said, the response time was slower than I was expecting. Once they replied, they were polite and helpful enough, so no major complaints there. I just would’ve liked a quicker follow-up. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, not amazing, just somewhere in the middle for me.

I gave these cones a shot twice, thinking maybe the first time was just me, but both times they had this weird papery taste that totally messed with the flavor. I also felt kind of talked down to when I brought it up, like I didn’t know what I was tasting. Just not a good experience overall, and I won’t be ordering them again.
